Ivory Place has four meeting rooms to hire; available between 9.00am to 9.30pm Monday – Friday and currently 9.00am until 5.00pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
Centrally located just off Grand Parade, Ivory Place is a five minute walk from the Pavilion and the North Laines and under 10 minutes’ walk from the sea front

- Perfect for board meetings, away days, training days, rehearsal space, interviews and more…
- Flexible training spaces: Rooms 3 & 4 are separated by a room divider and can be joined together if required. Room 4 is a dedicated art room with a sink and fantastic for creative away days or art classes (unfortunately art materials may not be stored here due to lack of storage space). These meeting rooms are perfect for larger training spaces and group work
- Rooms 1 & 2 are also separated by a room divider so can be joined together if required. These rooms are carpeted.
- All meeting rooms are available with smart boards that are connected to a computer with Internet access
- Flipchart stands are also available and we can also supply flipchart paper & pens for a small fee
The rooms can be hired as separate units or together to make a unique four-roomed self-contained space for rent which is ideal for weekend workshops or conference hire. Rooms 1 & 2 and also Rooms 3 & 4 can be joined together by opening a room divider which make two larger rooms that are good for larger training spaces or group work. The spaces are modern, light and warm and tables can be folded away and chairs stacked in Rooms 3 & 4 to make space for activities.
