Earlier this year we ran some free courses for people with mild-to-moderate mental health support needs. We’re delighted to announce that we are able to run a second part to the pilot, and we have a range of courses on offer.
Courses are for people with mild-to-moderate mental health support needs, and are fully funded, meaning that there is no cost to attendees.

These courses are not available to book online. Anyone wishing to enrol on the Self Health courses will be asked to attend an Information, Advice and Guidance session and to complete a self-assessment of their mental wellbeing before and after the course. The self-assessment form will be used to measure any improvements in mental wellbeing as these course form part of a research project. Please call our reception on 01273 810210 to book a slot.
