  • Access existing local learning and support services
  • Get hands on experience and an all-important reference
  • Reach your goals

Get Socially Active

offers you a free and friendly one to one coaching support service, if you are thinking about or feeling pressured into finding work or entering into learning, but need help achieve your goals and ambitions.

Get Socially Active

supports you through a personalised action plan which will include accessing confidence building and personal skills training, as well as work experience placements, attending and helping to set up community groups, leading to accredited training and employment opportunities.

The project is aimed at people  aged 19 to 50+, who are not working for a variety of reasons, such as carer responsibilities, managing a disability or long term illness, whether registered unemployed or not, who need help to make positive changes in their lives.
