This class will introduce some of the basic principles of Tai Chi using the form developed by professor Cheng Man Ching. Tai Chi is designed to help you release tension, increase your energy levels and improve your overall health. Suitable for all levels. New learners are welcome each term and current learners are encouraged to stay to further develop their skills.
