This course aims to:
Help you identify your skills, abilities and strengths, how and where to apply them make the most of them, at work, in a career, at home, with hobbies and interests. You will discover what you are capable of achieving and becoming! We will be looking at the beliefs you have that limit you reaching your potential and talk about your skills, strengths, values and weaknesses with in depth conversations.
Who this course is for?
Anyone who would like to have more direction and a sense of purpose in their life.

There will be conversations in pairs and as a whole group about your skills, strengths, values and weaknesses. If you would like to know more about how this approach works, it is worth talking this through when booking on the course or with the tutor.

Who is the course tutor?
Gill Hasson has been teaching in adult education and at the University of Sussex for over 15 years. She teaches courses on personal development, professional development and career development. Gill is a tutor on Friends Centre courses Confidence and Self Esteem, Realise your Potential and Counselling. She also writes books. Her books ‘Bounce,’ ‘How to be assertive,’ ‘Brilliant Communication Skills’ , ‘Brilliant Emotional Intelligence’ and ‘Mindfulness’ are all available from Amazon or to order from a bookshop.
