Much more than a playgroup – learn and practice fun, easy mindfulness activities that you and your child can enjoy together. Practising mindfulness can improve well-being, resilience and self-acceptance and ease stress, anxiety and depression. Activities will include games, music, stories and movement/ dance and you will receive a free workbook with ideas and activities to try at home. This course is for parents and carers of children aged 18 months – 6 years. Pre- schoolers and home-schooled children are welcome to attend with parents/ carer.
