Bellydancing

Fees: £45 (£25 concessionary)
Get fit and have fun while learning basic belly dance skills. No prior knowledge needed, just a sense of adventure and a desire to shimmy!

Homeopathy Parts 1 and 2
Tutor: Veronica Payne

Part 1 From Tuesday 26th September, 6.30pm - 8pm, for 10 weeks
Part 2 From Tuesday 24th April 2007, 6.30pm - 8pm, for 10 weeks
Fees: £45 (£30 concessionary) for each course
Part 1: This course is for those new to homeopathy, or who have a little knowledge, and would like to find out more. It will enable people to prescribe for family and friends and will introduce you to the history and philosophy of homeopathy.

Part 2: This course continues on from Part 1 and further develops skills in prescribing homeopathic remedies for acute and first aid situations. We will look in more depth at the principles of homeopathy and at more remedies that are useful for prescribing at home.

Reiki First Degree
Tutor: Kate Hibberd

From Thursday 28th Seotember, 7.30pm - 9.30pm, for 7 weeks
Fees: £42 (£28 concessionary)
Reiki First Degree consists of four attunements that activate energy in our bodies and allow us to begin using our hands for healing. This course will give you the skills to work on yourself, family and friends. You will receive a certificate and a manual.

Hatha Yoga For Beginners
Tutor: Maria Guiu
Venue: Ivory Place
From Friday 29th September, 12.30pm - 2pm, for 5 weeks
Fees: £22.50 (£15 concessionary)
This course will provide you with the opportunity to dedicate a regular weekly time to yourself and your health. We will use yoga postures or "assanas" to release tension in your body and improve the health of your joints. We will discover how breathing can help us feel better and less worried. Relaxation will be practised weekly and the course will reflect the needs and particular interests of the students.
